Quick answers to the questions we get most often.

How quickly will you reply?

Within 1 business day for all support enquiries — usually much faster. General enquiries and partnership discussions are responded to within 2 business days. We don't use auto-responses or ticket queues that disappear into the void. A real person will read your message and write back.

Is there live chat?

Not yet. Email is currently the fastest route to our team and, honestly, it lets us give you a more thorough answer than a chat widget allows. We're evaluating in-app chat for the future — it'll be built-in when it arrives, not bolted on.

Where can I find answers faster?

Check the User Guide at /guide — it covers every feature in detail with real examples. Most how-to questions are answered there in full. If you still can't find what you need after checking the guide, that's exactly what our support email is for.
