Within 1 business day for all support enquiries — usually much faster. General enquiries and partnership discussions are responded to within 2 business days. We don't use auto-responses or ticket queues that disappear into the void. A real person will read your message and write back.
Not yet. Email is currently the fastest route to our team and, honestly, it lets us give you a more thorough answer than a chat widget allows. We're evaluating in-app chat for the future — it'll be built-in when it arrives, not bolted on.
