What is SwarmCherry
SwarmCherry is a full-stack revenue operating system. It combines contact management, sales pipelines, marketing automation, email and SMS broadcasting, organic social publishing, paid advertising across Meta and Google, A/B testing, and analytics — and when connected to ARIA, a fleet of AI agents that operate all of these capabilities autonomously on your behalf.
On its own, SwarmCherry is one of the most capable marketing platforms available. With ARIA, it becomes a self-running revenue engine. Connecting SwarmCherry to ARIA
The connection takes under two minutes and unlocks every capability in this guide.
In the ARIA sidebar, click the grid icon or say "Show my integrations".
Click the SwarmCherry tile and then "Connect".
Both are found in SwarmCherry under Settings → API. Your Location ID identifies which sub-account ARIA connects to.
ARIA will verify access and confirm how many contacts, pipelines, and workflows it can see.
Say "Show me today's leads" or "What's happening in my pipeline?" to begin.
Agency users: ARIA supports multi-location. Connect each sub-account separately. Use the prompt "Switch to location: [name]" to change active context mid-conversation.
