What is SwarmCherry

SwarmCherry is a full-stack revenue operating system. It combines contact management, sales pipelines, marketing automation, email and SMS broadcasting, organic social publishing, paid advertising across Meta and Google, A/B testing, and analytics — and when connected to ARIA, a fleet of AI agents that operate all of these capabilities autonomously on your behalf.

On its own, SwarmCherry is one of the most capable marketing platforms available. With ARIA, it becomes a self-running revenue engine. You speak in plain English — "Find all leads who haven't responded in 14 days and send them a re-engagement sequence" — and ARIA executes across every system, reports back, and adapts based on results.

Connecting SwarmCherry to ARIA

The connection takes under two minutes and unlocks every capability in this guide.

Open ARIA and go to Integrations

In the ARIA sidebar, click the grid icon or say "Show my integrations".

Enter your API key and Location ID

Both are found in SwarmCherry under Settings → API. Your Location ID identifies which sub-account ARIA connects to.
